I found out that what fuels me to do well at work are positive reinforcements From bosses, colleagues, and customers

My current job at a startup is very demanding My boss doesn't have time to give positive reinforcements, and also i'm always behind schedule so maybe i don't deserve positive reinforcements

On the other hand i don't get any negative reinforcements, so i guess that as long as this doesn't happen - what i'm doing is ok

How is your relationship with bosses colleagues and customers @ work?

Do you need positive reinforcements? Do you get them? How do you make them happen? Is there some kind of standard for developers? For hi-tech?
